If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from kimsbodywear.com you are welcome to exchange the merchandise, there is no additional out-going US postage or handling charge (one time only per purchase) for exchanges. If you would like to add to your order at that time, those items will also be shipped free. You may also return merchandise for a full refund, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, within 14 days of receiving your order. All sales final on swimsuits and sneakers no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement.Please make sure items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant and hair- including pet hair. Used clothing will not be accepted. THE TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. COD orders will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. Returns received after 14 days will be issued store credit.
